7. Discussion centred around the use of the building shared with Mrs. Foster and the urgent need to re roof it. It was confirmed that it would not be required as an outside toilet. Due to the complexity of the internal walls, there was probably little available storage space in the "half" that belonged to the village hall. Discussion to be held with D. Crease about its conversion to an office. The future use of the building may impact on the type of re roofing work required.

8. Due to future changes in the disabled access legislation, some alterations had been made to the internal plans. These were discussed with the committee.
